Alistair began in the music industry in 2005 as a club promoter, running events at London's legendary 'Turnmills' nightclub then moving his night 'Funky4Love' to the iconic 'Pacha'. Along the way Alistair became the promotions manager for the Pacha brand plus becoming their head resident DJ. Funky4Love ran for over 6 years, holding London events at Turnmills, Pacha, The Egg and The Cross, as well as locations across the world, including several other Pacha venues. During this time Alistair met his good friend Patrick Hagenaar, forming Hagenaar & Albrecht in 2008, their first release 'What Would We Do' on the Shapeshifter's label went no.1 across all major download sites including support from Eric Morillo at Pacha Ibiza and Pete Tong on Radio1.

As H&A they signed their next releases to Spinnin and a multi track deal with Warner UK and Atlantic's Bigbeat in the US then remixed tracks for Warner, Sony, Virgin, MOS and Neon. Alistair's solo tracks have spanned multiple genres releasing tech house, techno and deep house as well as progressive tracks and have been released on MOS, Spinnin, Stealth, Veryverywrongindeed and Ego, with support from Loco Dice, Tiesto, Laidback Luke, Axwell, Steve Angello, Paul Oakenfold, Roger Sanchez, Markus Shultz, Fat Boy Slim, Miss Nine, Stonebridge and the rest...

Alistair took on a new direction becoming label manager for the iconic 'Destined Records' in 2012 and in due course setup his label management company F4 Label Management. Now label manager for 6 labels including his own 'Muskox Records' started in 2013 and his good bud Patrick's label 'Colour Code Music' in 2014.

Alistair continues to release in several genres under different names, hosts a weekly RadioFG in Paris and USA and label managers multiple labels.
